Recent Health Concerns
With the recent information from the international press that several more countries have evidence of the deadly flu virus, the potential for a full scale pandemic is becoming increasingly probable.
Also, several more countries in Europe are now reporting instances of the virus. A dead cat tested positive for the deadly strain of the virus in Russia.
This health issue should be the top priority of the nations of the world in the coming months. An enormous effort and billions of dollars are going to be required to provide a semblance of protection and security.
Since Iraq is going to descend into a civil war, regardless if we leave now or later, I believe we should withdraw immediately...save many US lives and billions of dollars. That savings could be directed to combatting the upcoming bird flu pandemic.
